What We Do

Compass Learning Arc is a multidimensional hub offering training, mentoring, and consultancy across inclusive education, wellbeing, leadership, and safety. From specialist SENCO and autism support training to safeguarding and first aid, our programmes are designed to turn knowledge into practical, confident action.
