About the Service
Paediatric First Aid training is essential for anyone working with babies and young children. At Compass Learning Arc, we deliver a Level 3 TQUK – accredited Paediatric First Aid qualification, equipping early years professionals with the practical skills and confidence needed to respond effectively in emergencies
Our training goes beyond theory, focusing on real-life situations commonly encountered in early years settings, ensuring staff feel prepared, capable, and calm when it matters most.
What the Training Covers
Our Paediatric First Aid course meets current statutory and EYFS requirements and includes:
- Infant and child CPR
- Managing choking incidents
- Dealing with bleeding, burns, fractures, and head injuries
- Responding to seizures, asthma, and other medical emergencies
- Accident recording and follow-up procedures
The training is clear, practical, and accessible, making it suitable for both new and experienced practitioners.
How We Deliver the Training
Our Level 3 Paediatric First Aid course is delivered in a practical, hands-on way, combining interactive instruction with real-life scenarios.
